Buttons for saving a Job Order are available on the top and bottom right corners of the Job Order edit screen, though their availability will depend on the current state of the Job Order:
Quicksave: available for Draft and Active Job Orders to quickly save changes and edits without changing the state of the Job Order. The system will remain on this screen to allow further editing. This is used to save your progress as you advance through the Job Order creation process.
Save Draft: saves the Job Order as a Draft and returns you to Job Order view screen. This is used when you wish to save your Job Order and proceed to other work before returning back to this Job Order.
Save Active: saves all changes and edits, and then modifies the state of the Job Order from Draft to Active. Upon saving the data, the system will return to the read-only display of the Job Order's details.
Cancel: cancels all unsaved changes and edits, and returns to the main Job Order search screen.
Whenever the job order is saved, a summary of the information populated is displayed at the top of the Job Order screen:
