Linked Job Orders are Job Orders which are associated with the current Job Order and are indicated by the link ( ) icon on the Job Order listing screen (see Basic Search Screen Functionality Features for information about this icon).

The ID's of each linked Job Order are displayed just above the The Basic Information subsection when viewing a Job Order: 

The ID of the linked Job Order can be clicked on to display that Job Order in a new window.

Linking/Unlinking Job Orders

Job Orders can be linked to other Job Orders which creates an association between them. Linked Job Orders will then have a  icon beneath them on the Job Order listing screen.

To link a Job Order from the Job Order search and listing screen, select Link Job Orders beside the Job Order's number in the list:

Alternatively this action can be performed by selecting this menu item from the Actions menu when viewing the Job Order in read-only mode.

A Link Job Orders popup will be displayed where Job Orders to link to can be searched for. Search for the Job Order(s) to link and click the "+" for each job that is to be linked, click Save and then click Close:

To link a Job Order, select Link Job Orders to re-display the Link Job Orders popup. Click the "-" beside the job to unlink, click Save, and then click Close.
