When a link to a Job Order is clicked on from the Job Order search and listing screen as shown here:
a read-only view of the Job Order is displayed, providing all of the information about the Job Order:
Note: only one user can edit a Job Order at a time, therefore it's recommended that Job Orders be viewed using this method as opposed to being edited, when possible.
The main details of the selected Job Order are summarized at the top of the screen:
Job Order #: the unique ID of the Job Order generated by the Inspection Management System. The first three digits signify the assigned office, the following two digits indicate the year the Job Order was created, and the final five digits signify the sequential number assigned to the office in that year (e.g. a value of 00020 would mean it was the twentieth Job Order created for that office for the year in question).
Status: the current state of the Job Order.
Details: brief information about the job including the operation, location(s), transportation method, and estimated start date/time.
Products/Quantities: the products and quantities involved in the operation.
Office: the office which created and oversees the Job Order.
