Job Order Timeliness Report

The Job Order Timeliness report calculates times between various phases of Job Orders to provide a breakdown of the time spent completing each Job Order:

Filtering Results and Changing Report Details

To filter results, enter one or more of the following fields in the search options above the report and click Generate Report.

Note that each filter is added directly below the respective field (e.g. Canada in the screenshot below) and can be removed by clicking on the "X" icon. Additional filters for each field can also be added.


Office


:


 the office to show results for.


Job ETA date from/to


:


 the starting and ending dates to show results for.


Geo Region


:


 specifies the main geographical region(s) to show results for.


Coordinator


:


 specifies the coordinator(s) on the Job Order(s) to show results for.


Client


:


 specifies the client(s) on the Job Order(s) to show results for.


Legal Entities


:


 specifies the legal entity(ies) on the Job Order(s) to show results for.


The report displays the following information:

Job Order Number: the ID assigned to the Job Order

Job Type: the type of job to be performed on the Job Order (e.g. Load).

Client/Legal Entity: the client and their legal entity for whom the job is being performed.

 Office: the specific  office that the job is assigned to.

Coordinator: the coordinator overseeing the job.

ETA: the estimated time to completion for the job.

Job Finish Date: the date when the operational report was completed.

Time calculations: the remaining columns show the calculated times between various phases of the Job Order. Downloading the Report

To download the report, click on Download Excel File.
