Creating Attachments

The Create Attachments button displays the Upload Files section for adding an attachment.

Note: functionality for adding and modifying attachments is only available to Coordinators and Dispatchers.

The Upload Files section allows the following information to be entered:

  1. Choose File button: displays a file dialog where a file can be selected for attaching.

  2. Information Fields:

    1. File: the name of the file selected for upload. Note: the file is not uploaded until the Upload button is clicked.

    2. Category (required): the category to associate with the file. Possible values are: Customer NominationsGauge Ticket, and Other.

    3. Section: specifies where the file belongs on the job. Possible values are: BillingInspectionJob OrderLaboratory, and Other.

    4. Description: text describing the contents/purpose of the file.

    5. "+" button: adds another file entry field where an additional attachment can be specified.

    6. Upload button: uploads all file attachments that have been specified.
