The Attachments tab in a Job Order lists all supplementary files (not including reports) which have been uploaded to the Job Order by Coordinators and Dispatchers :
This screen displays the following fields and information:
Modify Attachment button: allows for modifications to be made to the specified file. For information about entering attachment information see: Creating Attachments.
Remove Attachment button: removes the specified existing file entry.
Information Fields:
File Name: the name of the file that was uploaded.
Category (required): the category to classify the file as.
Section: specifies where the file belongs on the job.
Description: text describing the contents/purpose of the file.
Size: the approximate size of the file.
Uploaded by: the name of the user who uploaded the file.
Date: the date when the file was uploaded.
Add New File button: creates a new attachment entry where the information listed above can be entered and a file specified.
