A Job Order's dispatch status can pass through multiple phases before being completed which can be seen in the Dispatch Status column on the Job Order search and listing screen when viewing the Dispatch tab:
When dispatching by setting the Dispatch Complete date and time directly, the status will proceed straight to
Complete. However, an intermediate status can be assigned using the Change Dispatch Status pop up. The Change Dispatch Status pop up can be accessed by Dispatchers by navigating to the Job Order searching and listing screen, selecting the Dispatch tab, locating the Job Order, and selecting Change Dispatch status from the drop down menu. On the Change Dispatch Status pop up, the following statuses can be set:
Pending: the job has not commenced as of yet.
Working: the job is in progress and has inspectors dispatched on it.
Inbound: a pipeline is being pumped in from another place to a shore tank.
Outbound: a shore tank is being pumped out to a pipeline going to another place.
Complete: the dispatched job is complete and will be sent to the coordinator. The current date and time will be automatically populated in the Job Orders Dispatched Complete field.
To change the status, select it and click Save:
