Single Sign On (SSO)

What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

SSO is an authentication method that allows users to access multiple applications and services with a single set of credentials (username and password). Instead of logging in separately to each application, users authenticate once with an Identity Provider (IdP) and gain access to all authorized resources.

In order to log into TicSystems all you need is your email address and provided you are registered on the system for your account then you will be logged in.

I cannot access my account/The Credentials are incorrect

You will need to contact your system administrator to confirm that your details are correct on their system.
