Catalogue Data

Catalogue Data is reusable data that is used throughout the  Inspection Management System but is not specific to any particular Job Order or Invoice. This data is created and maintained by System Administrators and Data Administrators. The following diagram shows where Catalogue Data fits into the overall system:

The Catalogue Data menu (available from the main menu) enables some User Roles to access some or all of the Catalogue Data maintenance screens:

Quality Tests

Slates

Methods of Transport

Locations

Grades

Units of Measure Snippets
